Our products are produced on demand after an order is placed. Each item is manufactured and printed specifically for the customer’s order.

Because products are made to order:

• Product colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, and device displays.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and order details before completing a purchase.

We make reasonable efforts to display product images and information accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that every screen displays colors or details exactly as they appear on the physical product.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, replace, or limit the availability of any product without prior notice.

If an ordered product or variant becomes unavailable, we may contact the customer to offer:

After this period, the order may enter production and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a change or cancellation can be completed. Customers should contact us immediately after noticing an error.

6. Prices and Payment

The total amount payable, including applicable product costs, shipping charges, discounts, and taxes, will be displayed at checkout before the order is submitted.

We do not control customs decisions, charges, or processing times.

Production and delivery periods are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by:

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Orders containing multiple products may be produced at different facilities and may arrive in separate packages.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Product Problems

Because our products are made to order, returns and exchanges are not normally accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrect size or color selected by the customer, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect products must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide:

• An order number,
• A description of the problem,
• Clear photographs of the item,
• Photographs of the packaging, and
• A photograph of the shipping label.

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement, reprint, partial refund, or full refund.

Printify states that its products are made on demand and that damaged or manufacturing-error claims may qualify for a reprint or refund when reported within 30 days.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the artwork, design, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights associated with that product.

11. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content
